Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Interpret raw data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that drive business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Develop robust data models and SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R. Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation assistance provided).
