Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous testing and validation of datasets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1-3+ years).
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve complex data problems.
