Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and NIST.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to secure application development lifecycles.
- Investigate suspicious activities and mitigate cyber threats effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or information security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or CCNP Security are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI models, and network protocols.
- Proficiency with security tools (e.g., Splunk, FireEye, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
