Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and respond to critical incidents during weekend hours.
- Perform real-time analysis of network traffic and system logs for potential threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on weekend shifts.
- Manage and configure firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM systems.
- Collaborate with the SOC team to ensure 24/7 threat coverage.
- Document security incidents, trends, and resolution procedures.
Qualifications
- CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network administration.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and common network protocols.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and incident response.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
