Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar DevOps tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Grafana
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native applications
- Establish and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred)
- Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
