Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using Java/Python
- Lead weekend deployments and system monitoring rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via agile methodologies
- Optimize microservices architecture for peak weekend traffic
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Resolve critical production issues during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Java or Python
