Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based applications using Java, Python, and AWS services
- Lead weekend sprint planning and deliverables with 100% on-time completion rate
- Optimize system performance through advanced debugging and CI/CD pipeline enhancements
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement pixel-perfect front-end solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
