Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain component libraries for consistency across platforms
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered justifications
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with proven portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and A/B testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
