Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols across network environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Perform disaster recovery planning and regular data backups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Document IT processes and maintain configuration management databases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and compliance standards
- Certification in CompTIA Server+/Linux+/AWS/Azure preferred
- Proficiency with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
