Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for rapid, reliable deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and security using AWS/GCP services
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience with Java, Python, or Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready applications
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-4PM EST)
