Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-availability software systems for 24/7 operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues during night shift
- Optimize system performance and implement security protocols
- Create technical documentation for new features and maintenance procedures
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
