Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust APIs and microservices
- Debug and optimize applications for 99.99% uptime during peak usage periods
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Document technical specifications and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in high-traffic systems
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with async communication
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
