Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize distributed systems using Go/Kubernetes
- Lead migration of legacy monoliths to serverless architectures on AWS
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Champion observability with Prometheus/Grafana stack
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Go/Python/Java)
- Expertise with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers
- Strong knowledge of event-driven microservices patterns
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ML pipeline integration (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
