Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Develop SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver insights
- Prepare and present analytical reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations
- Monitor data quality and implement improvements to data collection processes
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional data analysis experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote/hybrid settings
