Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend systems using Python, Java, or Go
- Lead cloud migrations on AWS/GCP with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize microservices for 99.99% uptime and latency
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, encryption, SAST)
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Selenium)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex system designs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
