Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor robust security architectures across hybrid environments
- Lead incident response to cyber threats, minimizing business impact
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and ensure compliance with NIST/CIS frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior security professionals through our knowledge-sharing program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in threat detection
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architectures
- Proven ability to translate technical risks into business impact
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
