Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) to detect and neutralize threats in real-time
- Lead incident response for complex cyberattacks including ransomware and APT campaigns
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement zero-trust architecture solutions
- Create executive-level threat briefings and security improvement roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to security awareness training programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC/IR experience
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Expertise in threat detection tools (EDR, IDS/IPS) and forensic methodologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for security automation
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
