Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail systems
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs and validate fixes
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and compatibility
- Perform regression testing on product releases and updates
- Analyze test metrics and provide quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain detailed test documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience writing test cases and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
