Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and ensure quality releases
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies to provide timely QA feedback
- Optimize testing processes using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing environments
- Proficiency with manual testing techniques and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced agile teams
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
