Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to prioritize bug fixes and feature validation
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, usability, and performance scenarios
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality-focused insights during sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and agile development processes
- Experience with SQL for database validation and API testing (Postman)
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
