Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and performance
- Utilize JIRA, Selenium, and other QA tools to track defects and progress
- Participate in agile sprints and provide real-time feedback on product quality
- Validate software releases against requirements and industry standards
- Analyze test metrics to recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA/testing
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
