- Code Review & Optimization: Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes in a timely manner.
- Testing & Documentation: Write comprehensive unit tests and technical documentation to ensure code maintainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java with experience in frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django.
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote team collaboration.
