Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on threat hunting initiatives
- Document security procedures and compliance reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience with focus on threat detection
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid U.S. work authorization and clean background check
