Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology and create maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical network outages
- Lead network upgrade projects with zero downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent Cisco certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
