Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Provide end-user technical support for network-related issues
- Manage cloud-based network services and VPN configurations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and VMware environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
