Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco-based LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve complex routing/switching issues within SLA timelines
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN/firewall solutions (Palo Alto/Fortinet)
- Document network topology and change management processes
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture deployments
- Lead after-hours on-call rotations (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required (CCIE preferred)
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Aruba wireless systems
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible for automation
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling
- Valid N+ certification or equivalent
