Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage system installations, upgrades, and security patches across 500+ devices
- Administer cloud services (Azure/O365) and on-premise infrastructure
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Cisco networking and VMware virtualization
- Experience with ITIL processes and service desk software (ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
