Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making during off-peak hours.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company data governance policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or financial sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a full-time schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
