- Optimize: Identify bottlenecks in existing code and refactor systems to improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintain high standards.
- Debug: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical bugs in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all deployed features.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Remote Capable: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Tools: Strong command of version control systems (Git) and containerization tools (Docker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
