Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for critical backend systems.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during off-peak operational hours.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or C++.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for night-peak loads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, or .NET).
- Experience working in a shift-based or night-shift environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within a remote team.
