Responsibilities
- Design and Architecture: Develop scalable, robust, and secure software architectures for our core products using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and implement best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards (e.g., Clean Code, DDD) and conduct regular code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of features.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and troubleshoot technical challenges in a fast-paced agile environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and/or back-end technologies (Node.js, Spring Boot).
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
