Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and user requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in the testing process to ensure product excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for all developed features and systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is highly preferred.
- Relocation: Willingness and ability to relocate from Houston, TX to Virginia (or nearby) to support the on-site team.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
