Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor advanced intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage SIEM platforms and analyze security event logs
- Develop incident response playbooks and coordinate breach remediation
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security protocols and conduct employee training
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on threat detection experience
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure security services and Palo Alto firewalls
- Expert knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat hunting
- Experience with Splunk, Qualys, and Nessus tools
- Ability to work flexible hours for incident response
- Strong written communication for security reporting
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
