Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot production incidents with minimal downtime.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
