Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and BI tools to generate real-time reports
- Monitor operational KPIs during night shifts and escalate critical insights to leadership
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless data continuity
- Develop automated data pipelines to optimize night shift workflows
- Present findings to stakeholders during morning handover meetings
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
