Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React.js or Node.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
