Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the engineering organization
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (Kubernetes, GraphQL, event-driven architecture)
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production Java development
- Expertise in distributed systems design and AWS/Azure cloud services
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle development projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system architecture challenges
