Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust microservices using Java/Python and cloud-native architectures
- Lead development of real-time threat detection systems using Kafka and Elasticsearch
- Conduct code reviews and enforce security best practices (OWASP, NIST compliance)
- Optimize application performance and scalability for 10M+ user environments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
