Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Transformation: Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand business needs and define analytical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Excel and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
