Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our 24/7 operational environment.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues arising during night operations to ensure zero downtime.
- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers during the shift.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams to define technical requirements and deliver features.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a high-availability or 24/7 support environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
