Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Implement data quality frameworks and improve data governance processes
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support business objectives and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design knowledge
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
