Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Statistical Analysis: Assist in analyzing data trends and patterns to support business decision-making.
- Database Management: Query databases using SQL to extract specific information required for ongoing projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to the Louisville, KY area (Relocation assistance provided).
