Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, actionable insights to the executive team.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain and update data repositories, ensuring data security and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions). Experience with Tableau or PowerBI is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
