Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and manage database schemas effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and deliver timely insights.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to assist in future business planning and budget allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a high-volume environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with Excel (advanced functions) and visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
- Schedule: Ability to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Saturday to Sunday) as part of a rotating or fixed schedule.
