Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python, Java, or Go.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex production issues during the night cycle.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system uptime and reliability.
- Optimize application performance and refactor legacy codebases for scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift environment with high attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
