Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing, validation, and cleaning of data from various sources.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors for the weekend operations team.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Maintain documentation of data models, ETL processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably with exposure to weekend shift operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
