Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Design and generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business strategy.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data, optimize database performance, and maintain data integrity.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data sets for non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and Operations teams to understand data needs and provide technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes, methodologies, and report templates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as required by the shift schedule.
