Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to solve business problems.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a manner that drives decision-making.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and market research efforts.
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
