Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise executive summaries and presentations that drive decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and track business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL).
