Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Splunk, SolarWinds) to identify potential threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on internal systems.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with incident response teams to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Perform regular security audits and implement necessary patches or updates.
- Collaborate with the IT department to strengthen network architecture security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and firewalls.
- Experience with security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, and IDS/IPS.
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
